Forms & Fees

Registration for the Fall 2010 Season is now open. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis determined by the date of payment. To register, please follow these steps:.

- Complete the registration form and waiver and mail it to the address indicated below.

- Payment can be made via PayPal or by check. If you choose PayPal simply mail the form in by itself; otherwise send the check, written to FLAG Flag Football, with the form. Your form MUST be sent in regardless of your payment method.

- As indicated on the form and here, the fees for this year is $60.

Payment Options:
Players can make payment either by check or online via PAYPAL, as follows:.

Checks: Please make your check payable to FLAG Flag Football

Online: To make payment online, click here to go to the PayPal website and follow these steps:

  1. If you do not all ready have one, sign up for a PayPal account
  2. Click the 'Send Money' tab.
  3. Enter the appropriate amount and the FLAG Flag Football email address (treasurer@flagflagfootball.com).
  4. Make sure to enter your name in the subject or details line on the payment
    section.
